Upazila level head office of Directorate of Family Planning under the control of Department of Health Education and Family Welfare under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. 

The designation of the office head of this office is Upazila Family Planning Officer, under the direct control of this office Family Planning Inspector (FPI) in each union under the supervision of Family Welfare Assistant (FWA) through house-to-house visits, SACMO and FWV Union Health and Family Welfare Centers, Satellite Clinics Upazila Sadar Clinic, Maternal and Child Health Unit and Medical Officer (MCH-FP) Municipal Upazila Health Complex provides various modern family planning services, maternal and child health services, reproductive health services, normal delivery services, adolescent friendly health services, and Public awareness services are provided with the aim of forming small families.
